Florida Guardian ad Litem Academy

This webinar focuses on witness preparation in child dependency matters.  The goal of the program is to demonstrate ways attorneys can help the witness in dependency cases feel comfortable testifying and understand how their testimony and information fits into the elements of the case.  The program offers detailed information, trial skill strategy and advocacy tips for both the attorney and witness.
