This course introduces you to the dynamics of child sexual abuse -- statistics, signs, adverse effects and the advocacy needed for victims.
You are going to learn about the law specific to dependent children prescribed or recommended to take psychotropic medications, as well as, about your advocacy and how you can use the law for the children you are representing.
Keeping Children Safe Act
This course addresses the “Keeping Children Safe Act,” enacted in 2007 to help protect children who have been victims of sexual abuse or exploitation.
