Guest speakers Ashley Lukis and Tim Moore, of GrayRobinson, P.A., join us for January's Topic of the Month Call titled Using Daubert Motions Effectively.  Participants will gain a greater understanding of Daubert, the standard for admission of expert testimony, the qualification standards for expert witnesses, and the importance of reliability in expert testimony.  The discussion will also touch on practical considerations for raising a Daubert challenge, the importance of proper preparation, and the timeliness in filing a motion, as well as the application of Daubert hearings and motions in legal cases.
