Course Description

This training provides an overview of case law decisions from January, 2017 to February 16, 2018 for all District Court of Appeals and the Florida Supreme Court.

Each decision is interpreted and highlights the ramifications for our children in dependency. 

Presentation also demonstrates how the case law can be utilized to achieve permanency goals in court and pointers are provided on avoiding pitfalls in the case law.
