"Learning How to Fully Protect Your Student with a Disability in School Through Section 504"

In this webinar, Dr. Katie Kelly, M.ED., PH.D., ESQ., with Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida, focuses on Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1974. 

Section 504 is a civil rights/anti-discrimination law that demands students with disabilities be given all of the same educational benefits as their non-disabled peers.  Highlights from this webinar include:
