During this first of the 2019-2010 school year Educational Advocacy webinars, Dr. Katie Kelly, M.ED., PH.D., ESQ., with Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida, provides an overview for understanding Exceptional Student Education (formerly known as "Special Education") and why this is necessary for children who have experienced trauma.
