Confidentiality in Child Welfare Cases
Mandatory Staff and Attorney Training
Confidentiality in child welfare cases can often times create a lot of questions and confusion. Who are you allowed to talk to, who can’t you talk to you, and how much can you disclose when it comes to advocating for the best interest of a child?
We will go over all these things and present some hypos that we often see in our cases in this next series of mandatory webinars. This webinar is required for all staff and it is highly suggested for volunteers so please share with them as well.
