Course Description

There have been a lot of changes in Special Needs Trusts and ABLE Accounts over the past year. 
The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act signed by the President in December 2017 made changes to the underlying ABLE law and Social Security is publishing entirely new policy on Special Needs Trusts. 
We will discuss how these changes will impact individuals with special needs.
