This presentation provides an explanation of "Keys to Independence" (K21) -- a statewide program for youth in foster care to obtain their driver's license. It removes barriers in obtaining a driver's license and serves youth in foster care from ages 15 up to 21.
Keys to Independence (K21) is managed by Embrace Families.
