In the presentation we explore investigative tools to enhance our GAL advocacy.  We will discuss gathering information from court records in Florida, out of state, and federal court records. GALs will learn about obtaining arrest records as well as jail /prison records.  Attendees will get a sneak peak of the database Circuit 9 utilizes to obtain additional information on parties and how that can be further used to advocate for our children.  Additional resources will also be covered including: FSFN, social media, and property appraiser websites.
