As chair of the Child Death Review and Human Trafficking Task Force in the 20th Circuit, and attorney for the INTERCEPT human exploitation task force, Francine fully understands the necessity of a multi-disciplinary team approach when working with adults and children who are suspected victims of abuse. Francine has extensive experience in criminal law, specializing in human trafficking, homicide, crimes against children, domestic violence, sexual abuse, elder law, and courtroom testimony. She has acted as Director of Victim Services and Special Victims Unit Chief. She has litigated over 120 cases, with many more resolved before jury selection. Her cases have been featured on NBC Dateline’s "To Catch a Predator" and Court TV. Her work has contributed to significant legal precedents, including Zahid’s Law,

She will share her experience and knowledge to enhance representation for those who have experienced human trafficking. CLE credit is provided at the end of the training.
