Ericka Sanchez, Esq., Guardian ad Litem Statewide Pro Bono Coordinator, will discuss the process of establishing a Guardian Advocate for a person with a developmental disability.  She will also discuss distinguishing characteristics of a Guardian Advocate from a Guardianship, as well as an in-depth look at Florida's Regis Little Act.
