Grief and Loss in Child Welfare

This 1- hour Grief-Informed Training session hosted by Children’s Bereavement Center | Lift From Loss will focus on the ways in which a death can affect children, teens, and adults. The training will cover the unique ways that grief can be experienced across the lifespan and include practical strategies for providing compassionate and effective grief support both individually and within a work setting. Multicultural considerations and disenfranchised grief will also be addressed. Lastly, attendees will be provided with information about CBC/LFL and its free of cost grief support group services offered online. This course has been approved for 1.0 General CLE Credits by the Florida Bar.
