GAL Standard of Operation 4.D. - CONFLICT RESOLUTION

This presentation provides valuable information for all staff regarding the application of GAL Standard 4.D. - Conflict Resolution.  This standard is used in team meetings and staffings to facilitate reconciliation of differences of opinion and/or conflict in case issues and Program recommendations.  


* This course is mandatory for Child Advocate Managers, GAL Program Attorneys, and Circuit and Regional Management. 

For those with the Guardian ad Litem Program, this 1.5-hour course does apply towards in-service.
