The Regional Trainers present on CCAM Renewal.  A refresher on the hours required, how to document the trainings in Optima, and what will be required documentation wise come October 2022 is covered.  Step by step directions on completing the online renewal process with the Florida Certification Board This tutorial is mandatory for all Child Advocate Managers / Child Advocate Manager IIs.
